About Me
I am prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional. Real estate transactions are complex, involve large assets and demand competent representation. Marketing properties, home selection and financing are just a few of the skills today's consumer looks for when they select a real estate professional. I am prepared to offer my clients the knowledge and expertise to counsel them in relocating, buying, investing or selling the family home.
In today's market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires keep me ahead of my competition.

Re: Random Thoughts on Dual Agency 3 weeks ago
Good post for discussion. Designated agency has solved many problems in this respect here in Michigan and we still have disclosed dual agency. Disclosure is the golden thread combined with following the golden rule of course.

Re: Is The Real Estate Industry Really Ready To Raise The Bar? 4 weeks ago
Love it, need to print this baby and soak it up until I have time to digest and comment. Thanks for taking the time to share. Mike

Re: Why we don’t need more professionalism among REALTORS a month ago
Daniel, you have some great points. I always spent more time with my movers and shakers than the dead beats. If we're not careful these people can suck up all your time. I do believe new people are the life blood of our industry and deserve more attention then they normally get. Maybe it's all about balance?

Re: My Neighbors Are a Bunch of Asses Video 3 months ago
Steve, very nice neighborhood and homes. I drove through Austin several years ago. If I remember the town has much character and is the greenest city in America.

Re: Get FREE access to my $1,000,000 Rolodex 3 months ago
The people attending today are worth a million. Thank you for your hard work and effort putting this together for all of us to enjoy, learn, and build relationships Steve. #VREBC

Thanks Gary, for another great 148 second lesson on why anyone in business is in the SM business. Some just don't get it yet. #CrushIt

Re: A Tribute to My 4 Social Media Heros 4 months ago
Thanks Mel, co-authors always get left out. I know that it takes more than one to put such valuable information together. I appreciate you reminding me, that I need to be more attentive to this in the future, although I realize that was not the intent of your comments. You and Stefan have a work of art with your book and it will be used for sometime to come by those hungry for an education in social media. Thanks, Mike

Re: Thank You Amazon-Thank You Friends 4 months ago
Chris I have several books that sit right next to me on my end table, so I can refer to them often. "Trust Agents" is one those that should not be read once and thrown on the book shelf. Congratulations and thank you for writing the book. Mike

Both are great. I use iPhone. "The best technology is the technology you use" Great chart, thanks, Mike

Re: Wake Up REALTORS! – Its Time to Get On Board or Get Run Over By the Train 6 months ago
Good points Greg: If agents are not properly educated on getting the best use of social networking, it could prove to be a waste of time. I think a good blend of traditional marketing with the new media differentiates Realtors who are using the Web2 to their advantage.

Re: Take 10 Minutes- Meet a Trust Agent 6 months ago
Chris, I watched the entire video and to be frank, I almost gave her the buzzer in the first 3 minutes. Then I said to myself, Chris would not be recommending watching this without some meaning behind it. We can't judge a book by it's cover, the old saying goes. I found it very enlightening and moving. The new technology will allow a person to think what they want to type, which will begin to bring more communication with those who are handicapped.

Re: Twitter is Great for Real Estate Agents, Brokers, & the eConsumer 7 months ago
Thanks Dave, I really like the new format. It's called Thesis, and I picked it up from Chris Brogan's Blog. He vomited all over his computer when he saw my old layout and challenged me to get it fixed. (not really)
